Terms of Service 

1. Introduction 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Tempt Fete (“Company,” “we,” or “our”), an event planning and promotion business. By engaging our services, clients (“you” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. 

2. Services 

The Company provides event planning, coordination, marketing, and promotional services as agreed upon in written proposals or contracts. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in individual service agreements. 

3. Booking and Payment 

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure event dates and initiate planning. 

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the service agreement. 

  • Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods]. 

  • Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the invoice or contract. 

4. Cancellations and Refunds 

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing. 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. 

  • If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, the client is responsible for 100% of the total service fee. 

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days. 

5. Client Responsibilities 

  • The client must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to venues, vendors, and other necessary resources. 

  • The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or insurance unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

  • The client must ensure that all event participants comply with venue and legal regulations. 

6. Changes and Modifications 

Any changes to the event's scope, date, or location must be communicated in writing. Additional fees may apply for modifications made after the initial agreement. 

7. Vendor and Third-Party Services 

The Company may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors. While we strive to work with reputable partners, we are not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of third-party vendors. 

8. Liability 

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or acts of nature. 

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event or client’s actions. 

9. Intellectual Property 

All promotional materials, designs, and content created by the Company remain in the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client may use such materials solely for the purpose of the event. 

10. Confidentiality 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. 

11. Termination 

The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct that may harm the Company’s reputation or operations. In such cases, all payments made are non-refundable. 

12. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Allegany County.  

13. Amendments 

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our official website or provided directly to clients.
